According to data presented by CasinosEnLigne.com<\/a>, League of Legends was the number one title in the first quarter of the year, with a total of 422 million hours watched across the streaming platforms.<\/p>\n

First released in 2009 by Riot Games, League of Legends has remained popular ever since, not only as a form of entertainment but also as a cash-generating title owing to its presence in eSports. Moreover, the multiplayer video game has grown an army of fans on streaming platforms who spend billions of hours watching the title each year.<\/p>\n

According to Stream Hatched data, LoL fans spent a total of 422 million hours watching the game on Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and Facebook Live in Q1 2023. Grand Theft Auto V ranked as the second-most-popular video game on streaming platforms, with 25 million hours less than that.
